The goals and objectives of Niagara University's PhD in Leadership and Policy are captured within a set of standards, and all courses and assessments align with the standards. During the comprehensive exam, doctoral students are required to explain how they have met the standards and why they are ready to proceed to the 'PhD Candidate' phase of the program.
