This course is designed to provide the candidate with an understanding of the current research on how diversity among stakeholders in organizations affects the organizations and how the organizations impact diverse groups. Candidates will utilize critical theories to analyze the strategies, techniques and programs that are currently used by business, education, and public service organizations to create and sustain ethical, human, and professional organizations reflective of contemporary diversity.
