ADS760: Ethical Practices in Leadership & Policy

 This course is designed to look at the micro (daily activities) and macro trends of organizations in order to understand the ethical implications of the assumptions and practices that drive organizations. Candidates will examine the ethical foundations that guide the organizational leader in the creation and implementation of policy.   

1.  Share a moral vision with all employees of the organization. 
2.  Shape a vision for the organization based on moral values and commitment. 
3.  Act with morality, integrity, and a commitment to social justice. 
4.  Apply contemporary norms of ethics, justices, and morality. 
5.  Make moral decisions in a number of diverse circumstances, especially those in which the issues are not always clear.
